Corporate Social Responsibility
Overview
SERA has developed a sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program for all stakeholders (shareholders, employees, suppliers, government, customers, and the community) as a form of corporate social and environmental responsibility.
The #MenanamKebaikan SERA program focuses on four pillars, namely Education, Health, Environment, and Community Empowerment. This program is evaluated periodically and systematically in accordance with the Plan Do Check Action (PDCA) cycle. Each company leader is responsible for ensuring that employees have social awareness and responsibility in carrying out every company activity.

Aims to improve the quality of education through training programs and infrastructure support for teaching and learning activities. Programs that have been implemented include SERA Cerdas (main themes: Indonesia Ayo Aman Berlalu Lintas, Organic Waste Management, Batik Culture).

By adopting environmentally friendly business practices, SERA strives to reduce its negative impact on the environment. This includes applying the principles of optimization in the use of materials, natural resources, and energy, as well as waste management.

Through assisted SMEs, SERA creates community-based business opportunities that target inclusive communities around the company's location.

Community-based health programs, such as assisted health posts and blood donation activities, demonstrate SERA's concern for improving community health.

SERA management ensures that this policy is implemented optimally within the company and its subsidiaries. All company leaders are responsible for ensuring that employees fulfill their social obligations and responsibilities in every company activity carried out.
