Suggestion System

This is a quality improvement or innovation project carried out by individuals with simple problems to improve issues within the scope of individual work (individual level improvement).

Quality Control Circle

This is a quality improvement or innovation project carried out by a team within a single work function or across functions to improve or increase effectiveness and efficiency within the scope of the team's work. The scope of issues addressed are operational issues in carrying out processes or business.

Quality Control Project

This is a quality improvement or innovation project carried out by an ad hoc team consisting of cross-functional teams to improve or increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work at the division, branch, or business unit level. The scope of issues addressed are issues from a strategic level point of view.

Business Performance Improvement

This is a quality improvement or innovation project carried out by a corporate team to achieve and improve optimal business performance through comprehensive and strategic activities.

Value Chain Innovation

This is an improvement or innovation project carried out by a cross-company team within the Astra Group Affiliate Company to work together in synergy to improve the quality of the value chain to achieve optimal business performance.

SERA Quality Convention

All of the best innovation teams were present, representing their respective branches and business units, to present their innovative ideas, share their thoughts, experiences, and best practices, and discuss quality improvements and innovations that have been implemented.
